Polyphenols intake can prevent cognitive decline

Conducted by Inserm, Activ’Inside and Harvard, a 12-year follow-up epidemiological study was performed on 1329 healthy French people aged 65 years old and above to investigate how a diet rich in polyphenols could prevent cognitive decline.Activ’Inside has just published an in-house U-HPLC method for saffron characterization in the journal Food chemistry.

This study shows that a higher polyphenols consumption reduces by 50% the risk of having a severe cognitive decline*.

These results confirm the important role of polyphenols in MemophenolTM. This patented innovative active solution is a specific association of polyphenols-rich extracts from French grape and wild blueberry, clinically proven to enhance learning, short-term and long-term memories, and to prevent cognitive decline.
