It is possible to make sugar-free gummies, as we do at Activ’inside.
It’s true that traditional gummies are often loaded with sugar. However, at Activ’inside, our gummies are completely sugar-free. Instead, we use polyols as sugar replacements. These alternatives offer sweetness with up to half the calories.

TRUE, but…
Sorbitol is one of the polyols we use. To put it in perspective, a prune contains about 10% sorbitol. Thus, a gummy made with sorbitol contains as much as a small prune.
Another polyol, maltitol is 40% lower in calories, and boasts a low glycemic index. It’s commonly found in pastries and chewing gum and is non-cariogenic, meaning it doesn’t cause tooth decay.
We understand the concerns regarding the overconsumption of polyols. That’s why it’s crucial to adhere to the recommended dosage for dietary supplements and posology has to be mentioned.
When consumed within these limits, polyols do not cause any adverse side effects.
