    PME innovante du secteur de la nutrition et du complément alimentaire, nous existons depuis 2009 et comptons à ce jour 80 collaborateurs hautement qualifiés. Orientés BtoB avec une approche BtoBtoC, nous sommes une référence dans le développement, la production et la commercialisation d’actifs végétaux à forte valeur ajoutée, particulièrement à base de raisin et de safran. 

    Spécialistes du bien-être et du bien vieillir notamment dans le domaine des neurosciences, nous investissons 20% de notre CA chaque année en R&D avec un seul objectif : l’innovation client. En croissance régulière, nous réalisons les 2/3 de notre chiffre d’affaires à l’export. 

    Désireux d’apporter à nos clients une solution globale, nous poursuivons notre développement avec l’ouverture en 2024 d’une usine de façonnage de compléments alimentaires sous formes sèches (Gélules, sticks) et gommes (Gummies). 

    Les missions proposées : 

    Rattaché(e) au service Supply Chain, vous serez en charge de l’ordonnancement de la production dans un contexte industriel. Vous serez garant(e) du bon déroulement des plannings et de leur adaptation en fonction des aléas, tout en assurant une coordination efficace avec les différents services de l’entreprise.

    A ce titre vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

    – Élaborer, suivre et ajuster les plannings de production (GANTT) en fonction des priorités et des contraintes.

    – Utiliser l’ERP (EBP) pour planifier, créer et suivre l’avancement des ordres de fabrication, et préparer le réapprovisionnement des ateliers

    – Assurer l’interface quotidienne avec les services Production, Commerce, Qualité et Logistique.

    – Analyser la saturation des ateliers de production et proposer des actions correctives en cas de dérive. 

    – Gérer les ordres de fabrication pour la sous-traitance. 

    – Participer aux projets d’amélioration / remplacements des outils utilisés sur le poste. 

    – Participer à la préparation des points S&OP et animer l’étape Production Review. 

    – Maintenir les données master data afférentes au poste. 

    – Suivre les indicateurs de performance liés à l’ordonnancement et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus. 

    Votre profil : 

    De formation Bac+2/3 minimum en logistique, gestion de production ou équivalent, vous disposez d’au moins deux années d’expérience sur un poste similaire dans le secteur agroalimentaire/Pharma/Nutra avec outil de production.
    Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous savez gérer les priorités dans un environnement exigeant et dynamique. Votre sens du relationnel et votre esprit collaboratif vous permettront d’interagir efficacement avec les différents services de l’entreprise.
    Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques et avez une expérience confirmée dans l’utilisation d’un ERP.  

    Informations utiles : 

    Contrat à Durée Indéterminé à pourvoir dès que possible. Nous proposons des horaires de journée du lundi au vendredi. 

    Rémunération en fonction du profil, à laquelle s’ajoutent les avantages suivants : 

    – L’attribution de chèques cadeaux de fin d’année ainsi que des tickets restaurants.
    – Un régime santé/prévoyance protecteur avec un coût maîtrisé (prise en charge 60% de la mutuelle et 100% de la prévoyance).

  • Business developer DACH
    Permanent contract - Beychac et Caillau (France) or Germany
    The proposed tasks:

    Reporting to our European Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and retaining our accounts in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, etc.). In this role, your tasks will focus on two main areas:

    Strategy and Business Development:

    • Conduct an in-depth analysis of DACH markets with a view to proposing a detailed, costed action plan to the sales management team.
    • Lead negotiations from prospect identification through to the conclusion of new contracts.
    • Work actively with our Marketing/Communications teams to create sales materials.
    • Evaluate, develop and structure your geographical area:
      • Identify our future prospects and ensure the most appropriate sales approach.
      • Work closely with our customers to identify their short-, medium- and long-term needs.
      • Actively participate in key sales events in your sector (trade shows, webinars, etc.).

     

    Customer loyalty:

    • Follow the organisational charts of your accounts and expand the network at the management level and across the various target/prospect/customer departments (R&D, purchasing, marketing, regulatory, etc.).
    • Represent the customer entry point and work with our project managers to ensure cohesion between the various Activ’Inside stakeholders involved in the project.
    • Handle direct negotiations with accounts (prices, delivery times, terms and conditions, supply contracts, etc.).
    • Register as a point of contact for decision-makers and promote our business expertise to reduce price sensitivity.
    • Analyse your results and take corrective action if necessary.

     

    Your profil :

    Independent and experienced, you know how to conduct long-term commercial negotiations and adapt your arguments as necessary in response to changes in customer needs. Your interpersonal skills and ability to listen enable you to develop lasting relationships with your customers. Results-oriented, your determination and responsiveness clearly contribute to the achievement of your objectives. Finally, as a representative of Activ’Inside, you convey our values and actively contribute to the employer brand.

    With a higher education qualification, you have initial successful commercial experience in a B2B environment, ideally in the nutraceuticals sector.

    You are fluent in English, German and ideally French.

    You are familiar with the use of Office software and ERP-type software.

    Informations:

    We offer a remuneration package comprising a fixed salary and a motivating variable component.

    The position can be based in France or abroad (Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, etc.) and will require regular international travel. If based abroad, you will work remotely after a two-month induction period at our Bordeaux offices.

      • Identify our future prospects and ensure the most appropriate sales approach.

    We offer a compensation package inclduing a fixed base salary and an attractive bonus structure.

    The position can be based in France, Madrid, Barcelona or Milan and will require regular international travel. If based abroad, you will work remotely after a two-month on-boarding period at our Bordeaux offices.
