– Magnesium is a GABA receptor agonist, an inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system that has a calming effect.
– Acts as a coenzyme in the synthesis of GABA from the amino acid glutamate.

– Acts as a coenzyme in the synthesis of GABA from the amino acid glutamate.
– Vitamin B6 promotes the absorption of magnesium by enterocytes (cells in the small intestine).

Marine magnesium citrate + Vitamin B6:
