Yarrow popularly known as “mil-folhas”, is traditionally used in Brazilian folk medicine to treat kidney disorders thanks to its diuretic action. We can also find traditional use for yarrow extract in Iran for the relief of menstrual pain.

This traditional medicinal herb is used for the symptomatic treatment of spasms associated with menstrual periods. This use is supported by a clinical study showing that yarrow supplementation could decrease feeling of pain by an average of 25%, during periods. Another study showed that the use of yarrow decreased the pain and bleeding duration of menstruation.

This product is traditional dry extract of organic yarrow, made in France, with a plant:extract ratio of 4:1.
